What to Expect During Your First Visit
At your first visit to our office, our team will review your dental and medical history, and perform a complete dental examination. This initial examination usually involves taking some necessary x-rays, photographs and occasionally some study models, which will help us assess your smile.
After your initial assessment
Following your initial assessment, we will discuss your current dental health with you, make some recommendations for treatment and maintenance, and work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations. This is also a very convenient time for you to have a thorough dental cleaning. This will be performed by one of our dental hygienists.

Our friendly staff will take the time to learn more about your dental health and the goals you have. Understanding what you're looking for will help us develop and create a personalized plan to help meet your needs and expectations. Our New Patient Form helps us accomplish these goals. Our team recommends completing a New Patient Form prior to your first appointment if you are able.*
How do I pay for my dental work?
We accept payment in the form of cash, cheque, Debit, Mastercard and Visa.
How long will my first appointment take?
Your first appointment will take approximately 60 minutes. This will allow us to conduct a thorough review, and create a plan to meet your dental needs.
Dental Insurance
We will happily assist you in submitting a claim to your insurance via Electronic Data Interchange that will result in much faster receipt of payment to you from the insurance company, sometimes in a matter of days.
